Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking email. After receiving the tracking email, tracking activity will become available after 24 hours.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to sanitary reasons, there are absolutely no refunds or exchanges on hair extensions. If there is an issue at the time of purchasing please contact customer service immediately before your order is processed.
